There are a few recent pictures of her, that you can really tell. Like the photo of her and Pete where she's wearing that purple hoodie, then there's one of their wedding picture (The one with her and Jessica)...pretty obvious.

yea at first you thought it was the way she was standing but jessica's hand is all up on the bun in the oven =) do we know how far along she is?
